The database of Translation Agency Corn+(hereinafter referred to as the Corn+ Database or database ) is a source for Russian nuclear industry codes and standards translated into English. Our qualified staff of technical translators offer high quality translations of standards, codes and regulations.
The Database contains over 10000 Russian nuclear industry regulatory documents in English as well as codes, standards, regulations, orders, instructions, letters and specifications of Russian organizations translated by Translation Agency Corn+ (hereinafter referred to as Translations of Documents or Documents respectively).
The access and use of the Database is performed in accordance with these Conditions of use.
The database is updated on the regular basis. If the Document you are looking for is unavailable in our Database the staff of qualified technical translators of Translation Agency Corn+ is capable to translate and ensure high quality of translation (hereinafter referred to as Services).
These Conditions of us specify the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as Customer) with respect to use of the Database and rendering of services.

The Client receives the right for use of the Translation of Documents to be paid and received in accordance with these Conditions of use under conditions of a simple (non-exclusive) license without permission to transfer the rights for use of Translations of Documents to the third parties.
The simple (non-exclusive) license gives the Client the rights upon receipt of the appropriate Translation of Document for unlimited period the right to use the Translation in the ways specified in the Section “License and Site Access” below.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Translation Agency Corn+ grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Translation Agency Corn+. OUR DATABASE

DOCUMENTS FORMAT AND QUALITY
The documents are sold in electronic format PDF. Upon your request the codes can be printed and dispatched out as a paper copy subject to additional fees. Guaranteed quality.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
When you have added all the documents you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart page, click the Checkout button at the bottom. This will take you to the Login page. If you are a new customer, click on the Registration button and fill out the appropriate information. The fields marked with asterisk are mandatory for filling.
If you are already a customer, you may type in your user name and password.
This will take you to Step 1 of the checkout process where you can choose your delivery address.
At the next page (Step 2) please select the Payment Method and click the Next button at the bottom.
The next Step 3 gives you the opportunity to review the data and confirm your order. Here you can also leave a note to administrator concerning the order. Then you can confirm you order and go to the Payment page. By pressing the button “Order confirmation” you accept the terms and provisions of these Terms of use and Privacy policy conditions
After that you will go to the Payment page. This page depends on the payment method you have selected. Please follow the instructions and fill out the necessary information.

DELIVERY
The standards that you have ordered will be delivered after payment (if available as translated) and after completing the translation (if not available as translated).
The standards will be delivered by e-mail to the e-mail address specified during registration.
MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
